Mild:

Vitamin B6 (10mg, 1–3 times a day) can be taken with 1/2 tab doxylamine succinate (Unisom) — may cause drowsiness
Ginger (tea, ginger ale, capsules)
Peppermint
Sea Bands (worn over the acupressure points on your wrists all day)
Flat Coke
1 tsp apple cider vinegar in 1 cup water
Hydroxyzine HCl
Emetrol

Moderate to severe: If none of the remedies above help your symptoms, consult your provider.

Do not use the following over-the-counter medications while pregnant unless specifically instructed to do so by your physician: Aleve, Advil, Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Motrin, Nuprin, and nasal sprays (except saline and Flonase).
